A HIGHLY restorative yoga class with a communal smoke session and feel-good stretches to promote relaxation and well-being, suitable for all levels.


This deep stretch class takes advantage of the increase in body awareness indica flower and yin yoga provide. Yin yoga is all about surrender, so expect to let go of tension, meditate on the breath, and feel grounded in your body. The perfect way to unwind and reset the week.

Infused Restore & Reiki

Reiki is a subtle hands-on energy healing technique that clears blockages in the body and opens up the energetic channels that activate a sense of well-being.

Imagine the body as a radio: plant medicine and restorative yoga prepares you to receive the information and Reiki allows you to tune into the frequency that brings the body back to its natural alignment. Together these powerful modalities act as a mind-body-spirit reset button.
