This private session weaves together guided cannabis ritual, restorative yoga with hands-on adjustments, and time for integration. The practice is designed to soften the surface layer of the mind so you can listen more closely to what’s underneath.
Rather than seeking a peak experience, we work with presence, sensation and quality of attention.
Sessions are intentionally spacious and responsive to you. Some may lean more physical, others more reflective. There is no performance, no expectation, only a gentle returning to inner calm.
